Toyota to Debut i-Road Concept, New Auris Touring Sports and RAV4 in Geneva as Well

All eyes will be on the conceptual GT 86 (Scion FR-S) convertible at Toyota's Geneva Motor Show stand, but the Japanese carmaker has a few more new models up its sleeve, including the world premieres of the i-Road concept and the final production version of the Auris Touring Sport, along with the European debut of the RAV4.The i-Road is a zero-emissions study with a 1+1 tandem-seating layout for use around towns and cities. Toyota describes the concept as "a compact, fun and emissions-free personal mobility concept, designed to offer quick and efficient urban transport for two people."
Making its first public appearance on European ground is the new generation of the RAV4 that will launch in March with a choice of three engines, including a brand new 2.0-liter D-4D diesel, a 148hp (150PS) 2.2-liter D-4D diesel and a 2.0-liter petrol producing 156hp (158PS). The RAV4 will be joined at the Swiss expo center by two special design studies, the RAV4 Premium and RAV4 Adventure.
After making its premiere in prototype guise at last year's Paris Motor Show, the new British-built Toyota Auris Touring Sports will be displayed in production-ready form ahead of its European launch this summer. The estate model shares its engine lineup with the Auris hatchback.
