The first supercar to come from Slovenia, the Tushek Renovatio T500, will receive its UK debutat the 2012 edition of the Salon Privé on September 5.
Tushek was founded by Slovenian race driver Aljosa Tushek who based the Renovatio T500 on the tubular spaceframe chassis of the K1 Attack from Slovakia adding a unique carbonfibre body and an Audi RS4-sourced 4.2-litre 444bhp V8 engine to the mix.
The mid-mounted V8 is linked to the Audi S5's 6-speed manual gearbox that drives the rear wheels.
The lightweight sports car tips the scales at just 2,403 pounds (1,090kg dry) and can hit 0-62mph (100km/h) in 3.7 seconds while reaching a top speed of 193mph (311km/h).
The hand-built model is priced at a hefty €300,000 or about GBP235,500 / US$370,500, which makes it more expensive than many well-known supercars including the McLaren MP4-12C and even the Lamborghini Aventador.
