Porsche Cayman Ready for its SpeedART Treatment

|

Ahead of its world premiere at the Geneva Motor Show in March, SpeedART has released a set of renderings and preliminary specifications for the SP81-CR, which is the name given to its take on the new generation of the Porsche Cayman coupe that follows the Boxster-based SP81-R.The comprehensive tune starts with the mid-mounted flat-six engine, which SpeedART says can be pushed to deliver 345, 360 or 400-horses, though, the German company does not clarify if it concerns the base Cayman, the S model or both.
You will also find a sports exhaust system with an optional sound switch, adjustable sport suspension with or without a lift system for the front end, and 20- or 21-inch wheels.
On the outside, SpeedART proposes a full body kit in a bi-color design comprising a front chin spoiler, a rear wing, a rear diffuser, new side panels with real carbon applications and a retro-designed bonnet with edgings inspired by older 911s.
The German tuner will round out the package with a number of interior upgrades.
