In the video you're about to watch after the jump, our fellow car aficionados at Autoblog.nltook the new 2012 Porsche 911 Carrera S fitted with the PDK dual-clutch transmission for a test drive that included an assessment of its top speed on what we're going to assume -for obvious reasons- is the vaunted German Autobahn.
And yes, Porsche's claim to a maximum velocity of 302km/h (187 mph) for the Carrera S with the PDK does appear to be true…
